The Public Sector Complaints Network was originally the London Wide Complaints Network representing the interests of London-based, local authority corporate complaint managers. Over the years, the network has grown and expanded across the UK public sector.
Currently, the site is hosted by complaintsrgreat limited and administration is shared between complaintsrgreat limited and members of the network.
